This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free. Low-cost dental program for Nassau County low-income residents (21 years of age or older). Services include: exams, x-rays, fillings, simple extractions, root tip extraction, complete or partial dentures, emergency visits and dental hygiene services.Hours:Tue / Wed & Thu 8am-4pm (appointments preferred)Fees:Dental Exams $15-35Fillings $60-85Cleanings $30-180Extractions $60-75Dentures $370-375X-rays $15-35Medical services are provided to adults on a sliding fee basis based on income as shown below.
